Refund and Returns Policy

When can I return my garment?
  • You have 14 days to return your garment for a full refund
  • Make sure the garment is unworn, clean and returned in a suitable condition.
  • Shipping costs won’t be refunded.
How do I return/exchange my garments?
  • Go to the contact page, Please specify the garment you are looking to return, the reason for return and your order number. A member of our team will be intouch. 
Accidently ordered the wrong item?
  • Message us within 24 hours of the order to let us know of this problem.
  • We may be able to amend problems such as size and colour changes.
  • If the garment is already ordered and you still need it changed, please follow our exchange policy.
Can I exchange my garment?
  • You can exchange your garment within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please specify which size and colour garment you want in exchange in the ‘Contact‘ page.
When will I receive my refund?
  • We will refund you to the card you originally paid with.
  • We aim to get refunds sent out within 48 hours of receiving the returned garments.
  • Any damage, stains or marks found on the returns garments will result in NO REFUND being issued and the garment being returned to the owner.
